A few things you should know before booking

  • Booking fees are non-refundable but are transferrable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours notice.

  • You can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment via your email confirmation.

  • Please reschedule rather than cancelling your appointment. If you cancel please email us to make another booking.

  • Cancellations between 48 - 24 hours will be charged 20% of the total service (or loss of booking fee).

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total service.

  • No show on the day without notice will be charged 100% of the full service.

  • Consultations can be booked to allocate time for a 15 minute chat with a stylist regarding on what service to book or a chat about your hair.

  • Skin tests for new clients must be carried out at least 48 hours before the service. (Please pop into the studio during the week 12:00pm - 7:00pm or Saturday 12:00 - 5:00pm).

  • Colour services must be booked in with “blowdry after colour” or a “haircut” to complete the booking. (Not as a single service on it’s own).

  • Please choose the haircut you feel best suits your current hair length (for a trim) unless you’re looking for a change or restyle. If you have curly or coiled hair - stretch or straighten a curl out from your neckline (bottom hairline) to see exact length.

  • Our timings vary for different services - if you are unsure of which service to book please email us.
